These terms are short and honest, in the product's own voice. They're not legal armor — they describe the deal.
PhotoDove moves photos and videos from one phone to another, at full quality, end-to-end encrypted, and then deletes them from the cloud within the hour. No accounts, no pairing, no storage.
What you send is delivered unchanged and then truly deleted — the moment it's received, and within one hour no matter what. We can't read your content, and we don't keep it.
You keep every right to what you send. To move a transfer we hold your encrypted files briefly and only for that purpose. We never use your content to train anything, never sell it, never advertise against it — and being encrypted, we couldn't if we wanted to.
Only send content you have the right to send, to people who want to receive it. Because we cannot see what you transfer, this responsibility is yours. Illegal content — including any sexual content involving minors — is absolutely forbidden. A recipient can report a link; reported transfers are frozen and deleted, and we cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
Some capabilities (such as sending to several recipients or sending video) may require a paid upgrade, always purchased by the sender. Receiving is always free. Every privacy and deletion guarantee is identical whether or not you pay.
PhotoDove is offered as-is. It's a young product; we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and because we delete everything quickly by design, we can't recover a transfer that failed or expired — ask the sender to send it again.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. If we change them, we'll update the date above.
